Opted-Out by Architecture (We Do Not Sell or Share Your Personal Data)
PanRadio X does not sell, rent, disclose, or trade personal data or browsing profiles to data brokers, ad networks, or marketers. We do not engage in targeted cross-site advertising. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act (CCPA/CPRA) and other privacy laws, you are opted out by default.
Your Choices in the App
PanRadio X has no accounts and keeps very little. Here is what you can do about each part of it. See the Privacy Policy for the full details.
We never sell or share personal information, and we show no ads. There is nothing to switch off. We also honor the Global Privacy Control (GPC) signal from your browser.
The app sends your list of liked stations to our server, under a random install ID, so that likes help rank popular stations. Unlike a station and it is removed from that copy the next time the app is online; unlike them all and the copy is empty.
Station lists are kept on your phone for a few hours so they open at once. To remove them, open Settings in the app and tap Clear saved station lists.
A random number the app makes when it is first opened. It is not your device's ID or advertising ID and is not linked to you. Deleting the app deletes it; installing again makes a new one.
If you used Add Your Radio, we keep what you entered to review it. Email us and we will delete your name and email address from it.
This site uses no cookies, analytics or ad trackers. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to send them.

Right to Know & Access
You have the right to request what categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you.
Right to Deletion
You can request the deletion of any personal information we maintain. (Unliking stations in the app removes them from our copy; for anything else, email us).
Right to Opt-Out
You have the right to opt-out of the sale or sharing of your personal data or targeted advertising. We honor this by default.
Right to Non-Discrimination
We will never deny services, charge different prices, or provide a degraded experience for exercising any of your privacy choices.
Limit Sensitive Information
We do not collect sensitive personal information, biometric identifiers, health information, or precise GPS coordinates.
Authorized Agent
You may designate an authorized agent to submit requests on your behalf through verified written authorization.
