1. Who We Are and What This Covers

This policy explains how PanRadio X ("we", "us") handles information when you use the PanRadio X app on iPhone and Android, in the car with Apple CarPlay or Android Auto, and this website (prx.pandorax.biz).

2. What We Don't Do

• No accounts: you never sign up or give us your name, email or phone number to use the app.
• No location: the app doesn't ask for or use your location. Stations near a place come from the country, town or map area you choose.
• No ads or ad trackers: no advertising SDKs, no Apple IDFA or Google advertising ID, no tracking across other apps or websites.
• No selling or sharing: we never sell or share personal information.

3. What Stays on Your Phone

These are kept in the app's own storage and go away when you delete the app:

• Your liked stations and your own station lists
• The last station you played, your passport of countries listened to, and your settings (language, country, stream quality)
• Station lists saved for a few hours so they open at once (Settings → Clear saved station lists removes them)

4. What the App Sends to Our Servers

The app gets its station directory from our server (prx-api.pandorax.biz). With it, it sends:

• Your searches and choices, such as a genre, country or search word, to find stations. They are not stored with anything about you.
• A random install ID. The app makes this number when it is first opened. It is not your device's ID or advertising ID, and it isn't linked to your name or account (there is none). Deleting the app deletes it.
• Plays: when you play a station, we count a play for that station. The install ID is used only for a short time, so the same play isn't counted twice; it isn't stored with the play.
• Liked stations: the app sends the list of stations you've liked, stored with the install ID, so that likes help rank popular stations. Unliking a station removes it from that copy.
• Station logos are loaded from our server.

Like every web server, ours records basic request details (IP address, time and the address asked for) in its logs. We use them only to keep the service secure and to fix problems, and keep them only as long as needed for that.

5. Radio Stations and Other Services

• Radio stations: when you play a station, your phone connects straight to that station's stream server, which receives your IP address like any website does. Stations have their own privacy policies; we don't control them.
• Radio Browser: our station directory is built from the open, community-run Radio Browser directory. If our server can't be reached, the app may ask Radio Browser directly for stations; such requests contain nothing about you.
• Apple and Google: the App Store, Google Play, Apple CarPlay and Android Auto are run by Apple and Google under their own privacy policies.

6. This Website and Its Forms

• This site uses no cookies, analytics or ad trackers. Its fonts are loaded from Google Fonts, which receives your IP address to send them.
• Add Your Radio: when you send a station through our Add Your Radio page, we save what you enter (the station's details, your name and, if you give it, your email address) to review the request and tell you when it's done. We use it only for that, never for marketing, and delete your name and email on request.
• Support and privacy request forms open your own email app with the message filled in. Nothing is sent until you send that email.

7. Permissions

• Background audio: keeps the station playing when the screen is locked or you use another app.
• Apple CarPlay and Android Auto: show the app on your car's screen.
• Media controls: the lock screen, Control Center, notification and steering-wheel buttons can play, pause and change stations.

8. Children

PanRadio X is not directed at children under 13 and doesn't knowingly collect personal information from them. Radio stations are run by third parties and may broadcast content not suitable for children.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on where you live (for example the EEA or UK under the GDPR, or California under the CCPA/CPRA), you have the right to know what we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, and to object to its use. We don't sell or share personal information.

10. Changes to This Policy

If we change how PanRadio X handles information, we will update this page and its effective date before the change takes effect.
