1. Agreeing to These Terms
By using PanRadio X or this website you agree to these terms. If you don't agree, please don't use them.
If you got the app from Apple's App Store, Apple's Standard License Agreement also applies. If you got it from Google Play, Google Play's terms also apply. Where they differ from these terms about the store or your device, theirs come first.
2. What PanRadio X Is
PanRadio X helps you find and play radio stations that broadcast publicly on the internet. It is free, needs no account, and shows no ads. Its station directory is built from the community-run Radio Browser directory and from stations sent to us.
We may add, change or remove features, and we can't promise the app or any station will always be available.
3. Radio Stations Are Run by Others
- Stations are run by independent broadcasters. We don't own, host, control or review what they broadcast, and each station is responsible for its own content.
- A station may stop working, change its stream, or broadcast content you find unsuitable. Station names, logos and content belong to their owners.
- Some stations may not be allowed where you are. Please follow the laws of your country when listening.
4. Using PanRadio X Fairly
You may use PanRadio X for your own personal listening. Please don't:
- Record, copy or rebroadcast stations in ways that break the rights of their owners or the law.
- Copy, scrape or overload our station directory or servers, or use them to build another service.
- Try to break, get around or misuse the app's or website's security, or use them for anything unlawful.
5. In the Car
Apple CarPlay and Android Auto let you use PanRadio X on your car's screen. Always put safe driving and traffic laws first: set things up before you drive, keep your eyes on the road, and use voice or steering-wheel controls where you can.
6. Stations You Send Us
When you send a new station, a correction or a removal request through Add Your Radio:
- You confirm the details are accurate and that you are allowed to share them (for example, you run the station or its stream is public).
- You allow us to show the station's name, logo, website and stream in PanRadio X.
- We review every request and may change, decline or later remove a station at our discretion.
7. Rights Holders and Removal Requests
If you own a station or its content and want it changed or removed from PanRadio X, use the removal option on Add Your Radio or email panradiox@pandorax.biz with the station's name and why. We act on valid requests promptly.
8. Our App and Brand
The PanRadio X app, name, logo and website are ours and protected by law. These terms let you use the app; they don't give you any other rights to it. Apple, Apple CarPlay and iOS are trademarks of Apple Inc.; Android, Android Auto and Google Play are trademarks of Google LLC.
9. Privacy
How we handle information is explained in our Privacy Policy, and what you can do about it in Your Privacy Choices.
10. No Warranty
PanRadio X is provided free and "as is". As far as the law allows, we make no promises that it will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for any particular purpose, or about the accuracy of station information.
11. Limitation of Liability
As far as the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for anything broadcast by radio stations, arising from your use of PanRadio X. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have as a consumer that can't be limited by law.
12. Changes and Ending
We may update these terms; the new version is posted here with a new effective date, and using PanRadio X after that means you accept it. You can stop using PanRadio X at any time by deleting the app.
